Rich, fruity, and vibrant with notes of fresh basil and green apple. The early harvest ensures a peppery finish that's characteristic of the most premium extra virgin olive oils. The trees grow fully organically, certified by ICEA, with no synthetic treatments anywhere on the estate.
Green tomato leaf, artichoke, fresh-cut grass. A clean bitterness, then the peppery finish Coratina is known for, the sign of a young, polyphenol-rich oil.
Early-harvest Coratina is among the highest-polyphenol varieties measured. Cold extraction preserves the antioxidants heat would strip away.

Your trees stand in a family grove outside Andria, tended by the same family since 1896. The work respects the land, the biodiversity of the countryside, and the people behind it. Adoption doesn’t change who farms: it connects you to them.
"Each bottle represents a harvest, and a direct connection to the land it comes from."
Photos and insights from each inspection, a learning experience in every envelope. And visit anytime: a personalized tour and tasting in Puglia is included.
